Mounting a camera at an optimal viewing position is crucial, but with a malfunctioning lab-jack that's tilting precariously to one side, finding a stable setup proves to be a challenge. To solve this issue, an angle plate will be created to allow pointing the heavy equipment into a chamber while maintaining a comfortable line of sight to avoid staring at the ceiling. A custom-designed 4"x4" 10-degree angle plate will be generated, ensuring it's compatible with the lab's existing hardware. The plate's holes are precision-engineered for 1/4"-20 hex nuts, and they'll also serve as tapped threads for a secure fit. If required, users can easily modify the angle within the OpenSCAD file, which may necessitate adjusting other parameters. By doing so, they can produce custom plates for different viewing angles to suit their specific needs.
