This three-dimensional model was initially crafted with Sketchup version six and subsequently converted into every other available 3D format. Its original file format is the native .skp, while the accompanying 3ds Max scene is rendered using 2016's edition of that software alongside Vray version 3.00. Situated in a prominent location, this tower stands at an impressive seventy-four meters tall with thirteen levels of floors above ground level. This modern marvel was expertly designed by Adrian D. Smith, a highly acclaimed and respected architect who holds dual designations as a Fellow within the American Institute of Architects and a registered member of the Royal Institute of British Architects; currently serving in his role as a design partner at the renowned architectural firm Skidmore Owings & Merrill LLP.
