10" Brush Panel 1U for Server Rack
thingiverse
In the US, finding 10" rack components can be a real challenge. I desperately needed a custom-made 10" rack mount brush panel to keep my cables organized and untangled. Since my small build platform wouldn't accommodate a single print job, I decided to divide the project into three separate prints. To assemble this panel, you'll need some M3 screws and nuts. Don't forget to pick up a high-quality brush - I highly recommend the TANIS Brush MB250436, which can be easily sourced on Ebay at https://www.tanisbrush.com/catalog/nylon-fill-galvanized-backing/MB250436. One crucial step is to trim the brush bristles to the desired length. This involves cutting through the actual fibers (see photos for a clear visual guide). I've also shared custom mounts for two other popular projects: EgderouterX at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3538275 and Unifi Switch 8 60W at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3538311.
