#10 Ball/Bead Chain Pulleys
thingiverse
Here is the rewritten text: Pulleys engage directly with a #10 Ball/Bead chain featuring 4.5mm beads and an approximate 5.5mm pitch. The larger puller boasts 20 bead-holes evenly spaced around its circumference, measuring approximately 34mm in diameter (excluding guides). A test print is highly recommended for this iteration, as the previous version suffered from a slightly incorrect pitch and did not operate smoothly. I have not reprised production on the revised design. In contrast, the more versatile, smaller version is inspired by the existing pulley found in blinds. This adaptation allows for greater flexibility with chain variance and incorporates 12 bead-holes. I have successfully printed this component (as shown in the cover photo). They are designed to fit a NEMA 14 Stepper motor shaft featuring a 5mm diameter with a flat side. Design Creation The designs were crafted using Fusion 360 software.
