This is a replacement vial rack for the AS2000 Autosampler from Merck Hitachi. It is an older model Autosampler that is programmable to accept custom rack configurations. I will try to update the rack configuration here later if needed. The Autosampler is originally equipped with a rack for 1.5ml vials. This file contains 2 options for larger vials in case the Autosampler is used for different purpose than HPLC. I recommend the 5 ml vials for liquid samples since the 10 ml vials are too large, so that the needle will not penetrate to more than 50% of the vial depth. Vials with 38mm height ans 20mm diameter are used as 5ml vials. The 10 ml vials may be interesting for headspace sampling though, but this is untested. The file contains both variants. I recommend printing upside down to preserve bottom details without needing supports.
