I take an M4x16mm countersunk screw and M4 nut, preferably nyloc. Since I couldn't find one that fits my door, I designed this adapter. It appears to fit most doors with ASSA locks and built-in handles from the '80s. This design accommodates elliptical shape handles with dimensions roughly h16.8mm x w10.5mm. I've added some flexibility to the clamp shape so it wraps around the handle's tail securely. I printed this adapter in PLA using a 0.8mm nozzle at 0.35mm layer height. The design is optimized for 1mm wall thickness, although you can print with a 0.4mm nozzle and set the wall thickness to 0.5 if needed. I focused on speed and functionality when creating this design, as it's not intended to be visually appealing. To print this adapter efficiently, place it on its side and omit supports entirely. My machine prints it in approximately 50 minutes.
