10-32 T-nut for OpenBuild V-Slot extrusion
thingiverse
I designed this adapter to overcome the limitation of the M5 T-Slot nut, which was too large to fit snugly within the OpenBuild extrusion. To ensure a secure connection, I incorporated small-profile 10-32 nuts into the design, making it essential to apply superglue to each nut for stability. Follow these straightforward steps to successfully print and assemble this adapter: Print with high-quality PLA or ABS filament. Securely position a small-profile 10-32 nut within its designated hole by applying a few drops of superglue. Carefully insert the adapter into the OpenBuild V-slot extrusion, aligning it precisely for optimal fitment. Complete the assembly process by securely screwing your components down to prevent any movement or dislodgment.
