The miniatures are available in two sizes - 52mm to the top of their head and 45mm to the top of their head. This is not their scale, just the size of the mini since the characters are in heavy hard suits. Pick your favourite size and print! You'll also receive 3x 40mm alien desert bases to display them and a painting tutorial showing you how to paint these minis just like in the picture :) There are 3 poses: - Drilling - Carrying the drill and walking - Drill in one hand, shooting with the other Story Behind the Dimozian Sands Collection Dimozia had once been a mighty desert city in the Southern Sands, before the space debris hit. Less than a fifth of the population escaped as the city was levelled and consumed by fire. The bombardment also disrupted the water supply, making their barren homeland even harder to survive in. In the aftermath of this disaster, two different factions emerged. The Blessed believed the Great Burning was a sign that they should live in harmony with the desert, working in tandem with nature from now on, and the Engineers. They decided to survive in the desert by conquering it through their technology. They live underground in habitation domes, and are never seen outside of their sealed vehicles or their pressure suits whenever they’re on the sandy surface. For them, harvesting and maintaining water is essential, and their core of Well Divers are greatly respected.  There are many threats in the Southern Sands desert - shifting water tables leading to drought, wells breaking down in the relentless heat, attacks from The Blessed on their Well Heads, or damage from the many dangerous creatures that also live in the desert. Well Divers are therefore highly trained in both fighting and engineering - the elite of society. In their climate controlled diving suits, the divers can survive well below the surface of the groundwater, laying pipework and expanding the reservoir. They are so important to Dimozian culture that they're revered as heroes and saints, undergoing years of rigorous training for such a vital and dangerous role.  _____________________________ The Well Divers are part of the Dimozian Sands collection, which was first available on our Patreon channel in June 2021.
