It has critical cooling issues, do not print this version. A better version is available at: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3029396. This updated model was designed to overcome several challenges found in the initial version (v1). Assembling v1 often proved difficult due to the bullet connectors used on the power rail. Additionally, it stood too high and lacked compactness. Work is still ongoing but subscribers can expect a revised design ready within days. Key improvements made to the new model include: - Consolidating the HDD and RPi levels for increased efficiency - Switching to M2x3mm screws in the stack assembly for enhanced stability - Replacing bullet connectors with soldered connections, albeit at the cost of some convenience Despite being printed, working, and functional, this design requires adjustments to function optimally due to temperature issues: - Printing in ABS instead of PLA is recommended - Adding airflow holes to the HDD trays will enhance performance - Securing the USB-SATA PCB with screws, rather than relying solely on hot glue, will help prevent damage from heat.
