I was going to try to market this tool and license it to Zurn/Wilkins but never did. I'm posting it here in hopes it'll help others that struggle with the terrible design when repairing a relief valve. The smaller 1" and below didn't have this issue. Zurns solution is to use an adjustable wrench but this only works if the relief valve module is brand new. After it's been in service for years, or someone else repairs it not knowing it only needs to be hand tight and they crank it down, the adjustable wrench slips off and ruins the seat.I recommend printing it with PETG at least. PLA can work in a pinch. I personally use an ABS for its strength and longevity. I also use 4 perimeters with 5 top and bottom layers. Infill doesn't have to be crazy, 25% to 35% works fine.
