This adjustable fence extension is a must-have when working with a cross-cut sled or miter gauge to rip lumber. Simply slide it onto the lip of your fence and you can accurately measure (+1") the length you want to cut using the fence. To ensure safe operation, take precise measurements before engaging the blade and never let the spacer come into contact with the wood during cutting.
