A simple end cap for thin-walled 1-inch square tube designed to fit snugly on a bedside cart. This rounded top side cap is perfect for replacing lost or damaged originals. I created this design specifically with safety in mind, envisioning a scenario where an elderly individual might accidentally fall onto the cart. The tall arched dome shape reduces the risk of cutting injuries by providing extra clearance. For optimal results, I recommend printing these end caps upright using a material that bridges well and setting the print settings to no support. Good bridge cooling is also essential for achieving a smooth finish. In my case, PETG proved to be an excellent choice.
