(1) SOLIDOODLE 3.5
thingiverse
In the near future, I'll provide accurate measurements, but for now, my print area will be approximately X=8.5" x Y=8.5" x Z=9". Please note that these dimensions are preliminary and subject to change after fabricating the heated bed. Despite potential minor discrepancies, the print area may still exceed that of a Solidoodle 3. I'm currently considering selling a custom Z-axis system, including a slim Nema motor, threaded rod, and heated bed upon completion. Interested parties can email me at bv3dprinting@gmail.com to discuss pricing and availability. The following components are required for assembly: 2x 8mm linear ball bearing blocks, 3x aluminum plates (motor side, idler side, and 8.5" heated build platform), a 12" mini CNC rail with slider, a 3D-printed Bowden airtripper extruder made of nylon 618, 18" Teflon tubing, a J-head hotend, a Ramps 1.4 board with Taurino Power Mega 2560, and a full graphics LCD smart controller. A can of Soraa paint is also included. The entire project took four days to complete, and I overcame challenges during the process. Current print area dimensions are X=8.25", Y=8.25", and Z=8.75". As the "master modder," I appreciate your support.
