This is an interior spool holder for a spool container, crafted from a Snapware Airtight With Handle Large 40 Cup 10X8X9 container. It's usually available on Amazon for around $15. To create a sealed spool holder, you can mount one of these containers on each side and support a cut-to-length 1" PVC pipe. Adding silica gel will help absorb moisture. Use M3 bolts to secure the setup.
