1" PVC Holder / Mount

This is a simple bracket designed for mounting 1" PVC. I built an enclosure for my Printrbot Simple Metal and needed some additional storage, so I decided to add some spool holders on top. Not finding what I needed at the hardware store, I thought about using my 3D printer to create one instead. After firing up 123D and watching a few YouTube tutorials, I came up with this design. If you print out this bracket and use it, please consider adding a photo of your setup. Here are some recommended print settings: Printer Brand: Printrbot Printer Model: Simple Black Rafts: Not necessary Supports: Not required Resolution: High-quality printing Infill: 25% is sufficient, but you can adjust to suit your needs Notes: You may want to increase the infill percentage for added strength. Post-printing tips: I'm currently printing two more brackets so I have a spare set for six spools.
