I'm a musician and I have a 3D printer, so I took on the challenge of making a trumpet that could be printed all at once. Unfortunately, my trumpet isn't usable because there are air leaks at the pistons. Although it doesn't have a good finish yet, it makes for a pretty decent decoration. It's possible that the trumpet appears larger in printing software, so you'll need to reduce it to 0.01/1 since I modeled it in meters instead of centimeters. I also recommend using the same print media with the model as it already has them. If your printer is too small, you can try reducing the size of the trumpet, but keep in mind that you'll need a printing surface at least 20x20x20 cm to print it.
