This gear is barely scratching the surface of excellence, still minuscule and in need of significant refinement. Anyone willing to create a more advanced version for me would earn eternal gratitude. I designed it using Autodesk Inventor; interested individuals can request the file. Printed in Nylon Bridge material, this design is surprisingly versatile - it should perform well with most flexible materials, including PLA, if the PLA layer thickness is adequate enough.
