The 1/2-inch post securely holds a 1-inch optic or a DC motor, such as those found in chopper wheels from DOCPHOTON's Thingiverse offerings, or a gas cell/sample cell. Standard 1/4-inch optics bolts self-tap into the vise end that grips the 1/2-inch post and another for the strap adjustment. No post-processing is required; it's ready to use right after printing!
