I'm constructing multiple 3D printers and prioritizing large, local components. The only available options nearby are 1-inch (and larger) T-slot aluminum extrusions. To accommodate these, I scaled up my design by 1.666666667 in ReplicatorG and printed a test piece. After a lengthy five-hour print session for the full top corner part, I have a promising result. My materials include three 600mm and nine 240mm extrusions. Despite planning to stick to the original design size-wise, I anticipate encountering challenges, such as adjusting pulley belt attachments and potentially needing to modify step motor mounts on the bottom piece. If anyone can assist with these issues, it would be greatly appreciated. However, I'm not overly concerned as I will also print a stock Kossel Mini set and order a set of 1515 parts, with this design serving as my second printer and progressing as time allows. Recently, I made significant progress after discovering that OpenSCAD is easier to use than PHP.
