1 Inch PVC Brace
thingiverse
I wanted to build my own water fountain and I wanted the upper level to appear to float above the reservoir. I designed these brackets to hold 1" schedule 40 pvc in place. I have to say, I'm pretty happy with the results. The top level of my fountain is an 18" plant saucer that I drilled a 3/4" hole in for the pump output to pass through. The pipes support the saucer and sit inside a 22" (maybe 24") plant pot with the bottom drain plugged up so that the whole thing is basically a giant reservoir. See the whole thing [here](https://youtu.be/SPgf0BR2KBY). I used PETG for this project, as it's the best for the application (and pretty much all I print with anymore) and a 0.6mm nozzle. I printed two brackets, one for each end of the pipes and press fit them in, no need for gluing or the likes.
