Bill of Materials: 2040 Bosch aluminum extrusion 6 M8 x 50mm bolts and lock nuts 4 M6 x 50mm bolts and lock nuts 6 608zz bearings 2 printed parts Print two pieces, then cut the extrusion to your desired length between 50-100mm - whatever suits you. Tap the end holes for M6 threads. Apply lubricant when cutting screws to prevent damage. This will secure the plastic to aluminum as shown in the image. Install bearings as needed.
