1 Inch Binder for Sewing

I upgraded the 1-inch binder from alexdoit's design, making significant improvements to its functionality and usability. His original design was excellent, but I believed that the tab securing it to the machine bed could be longer, providing a more stable attachment point. To address this issue, I extended the "mounting" tab, effectively increasing the length of the binder's attachment mechanism. In addition, I carefully rounded the leading edges of the tab, creating a smoother feed path for the filament. While I'm not certain whether the filleting process made a tangible difference in performance, the revised design functions exceptionally well with the longer tab. I chose to print my upgraded binder using PETG, which offered excellent results and durability.
