1 Inch Barbell/Dumbell Adapter for Olympic Plates

I resorted to scouring the shelves at Walmart for equipment, as gyms and stores temporarily shut down due to COVID-19. The only weights I managed to find were 2-inch plates, while dumbbell handles and barbells measured a mere 1 inch in diameter. Initially, I intended to secure the bushings with the spinlock collars that came with the equipment, but I discovered they held firmly in place on their own after I was unable to push the bushings all the way onto the handles.
