I designed this part for a bicycle project that features a 1-inch threadless fork. My goal was to store spare parts and tools inside a standard bicycle frame from the mid-90s. The storage compartment has a diameter of 21 mm and a total height of 18.5 mm, with rounded bottom edges that fit better into the star nut, reducing the needed height inside the headset. This compartment can carry two chain connector pins for 9-11 speed chains and a missing link. I plan to design a tool compartment for the seatpost next. I used Tinkercad to create this part.
