Two handle wrench with pocket for 1" hex thread dies. Used to cut OD threads on bolts by hand. Adjustable plate moves three bolt cams to support threads while cutting OD. Slotted side screw secures die in hex pocket. Rotating cam plate has a limit angle mate between -20 deg to +58 degrees to move cams about axis.
