This is an adapter to convert a 1 gallon screw top carboy into a normal sized carboy top. This allows you to use the carboy hoods and stoppers that you may already have on hand with the smaller vessel. You'll probably never be able to actually sanitize this and it probably lets in tons of oxygen, but my intended purpose was to use it for pressure transferring and bottling.
