https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3729088 was meant for a 3/4" flag pole, but mine was 1". I resized the bore to 26mm for a bit of wiggle room, but mine came out just snug enough to not need the M5 screw. Added a drainage hole. Recommended orientation is with the drainage hole side down. I printed with a raft, but that's because my glass bed can have poor adhesion. YMMV.
