1 ch ssr module 35mm din rail mount

Arduino 1 ch ssr module 35mm din rail mount the pcb measures 25mm x 34mm the four mounting holes in the corners are 3mm diameter, twenty millimeters center to center one way and twenty-nine millimeters center to center the other way I chose a 1 ch ssr module over a 4 or 8 ch module so that if one fails I can simply replace it with a new one instead of having to replace an entire board with multiple ssrs on it. This approach also takes up less space than using individual modules. I have two versions of the mount, both designed to hold a single 1 ch ssr module. One version will also accommodate an Arduino Nano without its long pins. In addition to these basic designs, I've created two more versions with print helpers. These include a 0.25 brim on the bottom and two rails on top that connect two posts. My printer wouldn't print the posts until I added these rails, so I included them in the design. To help with printing, I added red parts to the design. Simply trim away any excess post material after printing. These mounts snap onto a 35mm din rail but be extremely careful when trimming around the snap-in parts. They can be difficult to remove once they're snapped in place. Printed in ABS at a resolution of 0.2 layers and with an infill percentage of 25%. https://youtu.be/WI6ZfPqRs_E REVISION: I wasn't happy with how the nano mounted on my carrier, and I also found it difficult to get the carriers off the din rail. To address this, I added a small handle to the carrier for easier removal. I also redesigned how the nano mounts using my nano breakout tray and created a pedestal and socket system. This way, I can use a nano with all its pins soldered in place, making it much easier to replace if needed. I'm using standard Dupont M-M jumpers for this design. I removed the print helper from the bottom but left the two rails on top for the four posts. The new files are: ssr01.stl pedestal.stl nano-tray
