1 A Li-Ion Charger Case This charger case is crafted for a TP4056 1A LiPo/Li-ion charger that charges 18650's batteries with ease. To build this charger case, you will need some additional parts. parts list TP4056 charger module 18650 battery holder assembly After printing the charger case, solder the wires of the positive and negative terminals of the battery holder to the corresponding pads on the charger module. Next, insert the charger upside down into the printed case. Keep in mind that the wire of the positive terminal needs to feed through under the charger up to the front of the case. After that, place the battery holder onto it and screw it into place securely. To make the assembly process smoother, it's helpful to glue down some of the wires beforehand. You can choose to use either an M3 nut and screw or any other suitable screw for this purpose. Additionally, trimming off some parts of the battery holder can help prevent damage when removing the battery.
