I have a set of Mayhem Engineering 1.9 wheels that are too wide for most projects, so I made my own - ones that are 1 inch wide with a 12 mm hex. These custom wheels have been tested on some slower crawlers and they hold up amazingly well. I printed them at 100% infill, but I'm certain you can achieve the same result by printing at a lower infill setting.
