A simple mod to bypass the firewall for the Flite Test Explorer, which I'll be assembling soon. The template is designed to be cut out of 1/8-inch thick material, measuring 0.13 inches or 3.4mm in plywood. A basic, no-frills approach works perfectly fine. You can also modify the DXF file by adding thickness and printing it out instead. I'm sharing this design with the community here to facilitate collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
