If you experience blobs on the net lower the flow% and increase speed/acceleration. Having Klipper / pressure advance helps but it is doable on Marlin as well same as on 0.4 nozzles, you might need to adjust the infill gap distance with thicker lines to make it look more natural. With a 0.2 nozzle you can achieve ~1.5 mm wire size in real scale, not as good as photo etched but the effect is still good for a fraction of price, and you can print meters of these in a very short time. For a full 3d frame print both the fences and the frames, glue to the back of the printed chain fences, sanding the edges will be required.
