1/8 scale buggy wing
thingiverse
Just upgraded my RC buggy's suspension for the umpteenth time because cheap parts always break down quickly and cost $20 each. From now on, I recommend nylon material if you're building an RC car to make them last longer. First, I plan to print it out in PLA to experiment with different settings and orientations before using high-quality nylon 910 filament since that's what I have available. If you have a Bridge or any other printer model, go for it - but keep in mind the +15 model is not only longer at 15mm, but also features better build quality and improved accuracy through its .stl design. My preferred print settings include: Printers: RepRap (any brand works well) Print Machine: Mendel i3 Use Rafts: Yes (a necessary evil for me) Add Supports: Always (they prevent mess-ups) Resolution: High - set at .2mm Infill Levels: 50-70% works best for this design
