1/8 inch PT to 1/4 inch 20 nut adapter for drybox
thingiverse
I acquired push-fit adapters for my 4mm PTFE tube without realizing they utilized 1/8 inch pipe thread. Promptly, I designed an adapter to enable drilling a 1/4 inch hole into my drybox and attaching the printed part to it with a 1/4 inch 20 nut inside the box and the push-fit adapter outside. The filament then feeds through the hole into the PTFE tube. Print Settings Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.1mm Infill: 20% Notes: I did not use enough top layers as you can see in the photos (3 I think), but it still functions fine. Post-Printing Clean up the hole for the filament with a 2mm drill.
