1.75mm Filament Filter Clamp

This is a Filament Cleaning Clamp that you clamp over the 1.75mm filament with a microfiber cloth interface material that you have to cut and provide. It cleans the filament from dust and small residues that collect on the filament from the environment before it enters the extruder. I highly recommend using a filament filter, especially in dusty, dirty environments. Microfiber cloth is used because it provides lower friction and picks up dust effectively. You do not need to use oil with this filter. To get started, simply cut a 4x2cm piece of microfiber cloth (preferably a fine cloth that isn't too thick). Place the cloth over the filament and push the clamp over the filament and cloth so that the clamp holds the cloth on the filament. At this point, the cloth should clean the filament while still being able to slide smoothly along the filament. This helpful tool is designed to reduce clogs and increase print consistency and quality.
