This is a custom designed direct drive extruder tailored specifically for 1.75mm filament usage. The extruder seamlessly integrates with E3D hotends that boast push-to-connect fittings on top, ensuring smooth operation and reliable performance. Effortless installation is ensured thanks to a sturdy two-screw (10mm m3) and one-eighteen mm m3) mount for the stepper motor, while the remainder of the extruder follows standard 4-40 hardware usage. For added versatility, bottom mounting holes featuring a 4mm bore yet boast a clever nut trap designed for 4-40 nuts to secure in place conventional M4 bolts. This cleverly integrates standard mounts without limitations. Incorporating the ingenious 625 bearing demands a specialized screw; thus, I've used a precisely dimensioned 4-40 button cap screw, whose tip snugly fits into the bearing's chamfer - securing it in its position with utmost precision. For those without such screws at their disposal, you can simply opt to print out the essential bearing spacer, followed by secure use of standard hardware.
