Utilize vice grips, by hand operation, or hose clamps to securely hold the tube in place while drilling. Drill one side to create a centered and perpendicular pilot hole, or both sides to drill a clean hole all the way through the tube's center. Perfect for roll cages or other equipment that cannot be returned to a drill press. The large holes on either side of the jig are precisely sized as the drill-hole for a 1/2-20 tap, allowing for easy installation of a thread-in drill guide/bushing. Simply run a tap through the printed design and screw in the bushing of your choice for optimal results.
