Looking for affordable leather bar tape similar to Brooks. Purchased 1-inch strips on eBay but discovered the overlap was a bit too thick. Created this tool to consistently bevel the edges of the leather with ease. It accurately cuts a 15-degree bevel on one side at a time using a single-edged razor blade that fits snugly into its designated slot. I had success printing it on its side, with the razor slot pointing upwards, which worked well for me. Used 20% infill which provided sufficient structural integrity. Before use, cut the end of the strip to fit through the thin slot, then carefully pull back the lever.
