1:64 Wheels 01-05 Revisited (Size Medium)

This is an updated version of my original 1:64 wheels designs 01-05. You can now print the tire separately from the wheel itself. I made slight modifications to the designs after becoming more familiar with FDM printer capabilities. These medium-sized tires have a 11mm outer diameter and are 6mm wide. The narrow tire is approximately .3mm narrower than the corresponding wheel, so its lip will protrude slightly beyond the wheel's edge. To achieve optimal results, print the tires with a nozzle size of less than .5mm and set your layer resolution to .1mm. This allows for a .1mm clearance within the tire's diameter, making it easy to press the wheels in place and secure them with a drop of glue or relying on friction depending on your print settings and quality. Adding paint to different wheel features adds a nice finishing touch. I would love to see how you bring these designs to life! Please post your creations here or tag me on Instagram.
