I'm developing a custom hose adapter that fits perfectly between my shop vac and Gage6917's Adjustable Height CNC Dust Shoe for Dewalt 611. This adapter can also serve as a nozzle if needed. The outer chamfer is carefully matched to an inner chamfer, reducing flow drag to a minimum. To achieve precise results with your 3D printer, you may need to scale the model by 1 or 2%. I found that scaling up by 2% provided a snug fit on top of the dust shoe, although a more accurate result was achieved with a 1% scale adjustment.
