Drill arbor with 3/8" dia shank, 1/4" dia pilot drill, and adjustable horizontal shaft that slides within the arbor to position a HSS 3/16" square lathe turning tool. Turning tool cuts a hole between 1" diameter to 6" diameter. Drill bit, shaft and cutting tool secured with set screws. Max 500 RPM in sheet metal only.
