1.5mm motor shaft to 5mm propeller adapter

The Racerstar 1103 Motor Adapter is a game-changer for thrill-seekers, designed specifically to fit 3" Triblade Propellers. Its primary purpose is to work seamlessly with Gemfan 3035 Triblades, but it may also be compatible with other propellers of the same size. To install the adapter, press it firmly into the prop hub from the top, which might require some elbow grease using a press or a gentle tap with a hammer. Once the adapter is in place, you'll need to trim the props to fit snugly on the XBL, and nail clippers are an excellent tool for this job. If you're feeling ambitious, you can create a jig to streamline the process, but simply inserting the props until they hit the front bar has yielded consistent results so far. After installing the hub onto the propellers, drill out the shaft hole using a carbide PCB drill, aiming for a diameter of 1.4 or 1.45mm. I've found that 1.45mm works perfectly well and provides a snug fit. The propeller is intended to sit directly against the top surface of the motor bell, while the cutout on the bottom accommodates the boss surrounding the motor shaft. This design feature prevents any vertical play, ensuring a smooth operation. However, please note that you may need to adjust your printer settings or scale to get these props to fit properly – use them at your own risk! I haven't had the chance to field test these propellers yet, but my living room hover and punch tests looked incredibly promising :).
