Your party is on their way through an abandoned town, mostly rubble and chest high walls Suddenly your local guide falls over dead with four feet of grim black arrow sprouting from his chest. The party rogue has enough time to spot the glint of sunlight off a spyglass from the old church bell tower 200m away (DC12). She shouts for everyone to take cover as another arrow buries itself into a wall right where the cleric was standing. Roll initiative. Each orc is armed with a custom +2 Longbow and knife. Max range on their bows is 800m. The Elf sniper is armed with a rapier and a spyglass. The spyglass allows all friendly entities within earshot to fire into combat with no negative modifiers and no chance to hit companions. It is a magical item worth 30gp. CR 6 1-54 is moving to free distribution of the files through thingiverse.
