Quick clamp-on jig designed specifically for drilling tubes. Use with vice grips, by hand, or hose clamps to firmly hold it in place. Drill one side for a centered pilot hole that's perfectly perpendicular, or drill both sides for a clean-through hole right through the tube center. Ideal for roll cages and other equipment that can't be easily placed back into a drill press. The large holes on either side of this jig are precisely sized to match the drill-hole for a 1/2-20 tap, allowing you to thread in a drill guide or bushing with ease. Simply run a tap through the print, then screw in your chosen bushing.
