Here are some mudflap brackets I made for my Losi DBXL. I attached chainmail to the ends for flaps. You'll probably need to add a support bar in the middle of the two brackets so they don't sag, but they bolt right onto a rear cage with one screw each. They're sitting on my truck right now; I haven't run it yet, and I believe they will come off on the first spill, but I don't drive that hard.
