1.5" lighting stand replacement clamp

A new 12' tall lighting stand for stage/DJ lights was ordered, but upon arrival, one pipe clamp was smashed. Therefore, a 3D printer was utilized for replacement. However, after a 3-hour print, it was discovered that the pipe dimensions were incorrect in the design. Consequently, version 2 was revised with accurate measurements. Nevertheless, version 2 also broke during installation, leading to strategy changes and version 3. In this version, the orientation of printing was altered, and one end of the clamp was moved for better thumbscrew fitting. Additionally, single-filament-width walls were added for support in certain areas. Despite setbacks, version 4 was attempted by removing supports, but it failed as well. The design was created using Tinkercad, and the online link is provided for editing. To complete the stand, two 1/4" hex bolts and wing nuts or thumb screws are required to tighten the sections onto the pipes.
