I recently created custom collars for my track car, which required precise design specifications to fit 1.5-inch tubing securely. The design relies on 1/4-20 bolts to assemble the components together, and you'll need to print four collars for a complete set of harnesses. Initially, I manufactured them using PLA+, but I'm planning to switch to Nylonx Carbon in the future.
