1.5" 8020 limit switch and rail slot clips

These clips are designed for use in the center channel of 1.5" square 8020 aluminum extrusion. They provide a tight hold even after multiple cycles of removal and replacement, requiring considerable force to slide them into position. A screwdriver may be necessary to remove them. Expect more 8020-compatible parts soon. For optimal strength, print the design according to the orientation shown in the provided files. Print with Octave fluorescent red ABS using Slic3r at 0.2mm layer thickness, 100% fill, no support material or brim. Additionally, under the Print Settings tab, enable "avoid crossing perimeters" for improved printing quality. The included photographs show untouched prints straight from the printer, requiring no cleanup. The curved top clip is versatile and ideal for keeping wiring neatly inside 8020 slots, while the square top clip serves as a base for customization in the design file. Note that holes on each clip's flanges are designed with varying sizes to accommodate screws without the need for nuts or washers.
