This component, designed for a printer using 1.5" 8020 frame, houses a #10 screw that triggers the Z-axis limit switch to signal the home position of the Z-axis. It enables fine adjustments after print bed levelling. In my setup, the screw head interacts with the upper Z-axis limit switch. The clip is robust and resists sliding without significant effort. Although this specific part may not suit your printer, the design file is enclosed for customization. I printed it in Octave fluorescent red ABS filament, at 0.2mm layer height, with no support material or raft.
