Centralizing and bending 0.25W resistors is now possible with this specially designed jig, allowing them to align perfectly with standard 10mm hole spacing. Although my printer's fit is slightly loose, I suspect scaling down to 90% would tighten up the tolerances just enough to achieve an accurate bend that fits snugly into place.
